Guess what time it is? Improv Challenge time again! This month's ingredients: peppers and tomatoes (any kind or form). Which led to, O.M. Goodness... my new favorite lunch! I could seriously eat this sandwich every day. I'm not a mayo person, but I agree that a sandwich needs a lil' something on it. This sandwich spread is so yummy... savory, tangy, flavorful - way better than mayo!
Best dishes and yummy dreams!

YUM! That looks quite delicious & so very versatile! I never thought of that. How easy that would make crostini hors d'oeuvres!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds really good and easy! I've been looking for something to replace ajvar -- a roasted pepper and eggplant spread I used to be able to buy locally -- and your recipe looks it could work.
